Introduction
Every one of us grew up wanting to experience one thing: "Am I enough?". We needed to feel that we belong, that we are capable, and that we are loved for exactly who we are.

​But life happens. Sometimes, when the stress of growing up has been more than we could handle safely, we stopped being our "true selves" and started following "rules" we didn't even know we were learning.
Some of us start to believe that:

​These old programs can show up later as constant anxiety, overthinking, "people-pleasing," perfectionism or shrinking. Sometimes, with that annoying voice in the head that makes us doubt our own emotional reality, our decisions and our place in the world.

Our experience of life becomes dull, hard, numb or constantly challenging.

What to expect: FAQ for the primal journey
​
​"Is this just a group of people sitting in a circle talking?"
​
Not really. While we do share and connect, this is an active and somatic (body-based) process. We use specific techniques to help you move past just "thinking" about your problems and actually feeling and releasing the tension stored in your body. Expect movement, expression, insights and deep stillness.
​"What if I don't have 'big' childhood trauma?"
​
You don't need a "tragic" backstory to benefit. Primal work is about conditioning—the small, repetitive ways we were taught to abandon ourselves for the sake of others. If you feel anxious, tired, or like you’re "faking it" in your daily life, this process is for you.
​
​"What happens during the 'Residential' part in Trakai?"
​
The 5-day residential stay at Shanti Resort is where the deepest work happens. Being away from your phone, and your usual routine allows your system to finally "drop down" into a state of healing. It’s an immersive experience where the focus is entirely on your growth and recovery.
​"Is Primal an emotional work?"
​
Therapy can be intense because we are looking at things we’ve ignored for years. You might feel "emotional" or tired during the process, but that is a sign of your energy finally moving. Our goal is for you to leave with clarity, vitality and a good understanding on how to apply your experience in everyday life.

​"Do I need to prepare anything?"
​
Just your curiosity and a willingness to be honest with yourself. We handle the structure; you just bring "you."

​The process is 7 days total, split into two parts:

​Part I: March 28–29 | Kaunas, Lithuania (Užšilių g. 2)

​Part II: April 15–19 | Residential Retreat at Shanti Resort, Trakai.​
​​​
•The training will be held in English, with translation into Lithuanian.
