Tantric

Pulsation

with Aneesha Dillon

14 April  -  18 April, 2027

Tantric Pulsation is an exploration of our human energy — a rediscovery of the body's own capacity for pleasure, flowing vitality, and inner aliveness.

The work creates a space for each participant to explore a new sensitivity, bringing a meditative quality into the intimacy of a meeting with another. It's a space to open, in trust and safety, to the love we all long to both give and receive.

Throughout the workshop, we use neo-Reichian deep breathing, movement and dance, body-active meditations, and chakra energy work to soften the body's habitual muscular armoring. Together we open into deeper layers of relaxation and sensitivity.

Tuning into the energy flow through the spine, we explore the natural bio-electric polarity of masculine and feminine — not as fixed identities, but as alive currents that move naturally through everyone.

Ancient Tantric meditations form the basis of partner meditations using breath, eye contact, touch, inner sensing, and sharing. Meeting and melting with another in a real let-go, we rediscover the natural aliveness that is the potential of our loving relationships.

Because this work is about discovering your own energy flow, you will work with different, changing partners throughout the process, each meeting becoming a fresh mirror for what wants to move inside you.

Each participant's own rhythm and boundaries are acknowledged and respected throughout: you always work at the edge of what you're ready for, never beyond it.

This workshop is open to everybody although prior group experience is welcome, especially in bodywork or breathwork.

You may recognize yourself here if:

  • You sense your body holds more capacity for pleasure and vitality than you currently let yourself feel.

  • You're curious about your own energy first — this is an exploration of yourself, not a technique for pleasing another.

  • You work with human bodies or with people — as a therapist, bodyworker, or facilitator — and want to deepen your own felt experience, not only your skill.

  • You come single, partnered, or somewhere in between, ready to meet others in a field of mutual respect rather than performance.

  • You long for real intimacy.

You don't need to arrive resolved. You need only arrive willing.

Who is this training for?

  • Body disconnection — not feeling at home in one's own skin, chronic self-consciousness about being seen.

  • Numbness — pleasure and sensation shut down through upbringing, trauma, or years of overriding the body for the sake of productivity.

  • Fear of intimacy — difficulty staying present with another person once closeness becomes real, tendency to withdraw, merge, or perform instead.

  • Control patterns — needing to manage, direct, or predict contact rather than letting it unfold; often shows up as difficulty receiving.

  • Boundary collapse or boundary rigidity — either losing one's own "no" in service of the other, or armoring so completely that contact can't land at all.

  • Chronic muscular holding (armoring) — physical tension patterns that store old fear or unexpressed emotion, often outside conscious awareness.

  • Disconnection from one's own energy/vitality — feeling flat, depleted, or cut off from aliveness even when life circumstances are fine.

  • Relational patterns from primary relationships — how one learned (or didn't learn) safe touch, eye contact, and closeness early on, replaying in adult intimacy.

What will participants take away?

By the end of the weekend, you will have experienced:

  • Your own energy in actual motion — not a concept of aliveness, but a lived one.

  • Contact — being seen— without needing to perform, manage, or control how it goes.

  • A real loosening in the body — old holding patterns softening, at least in that moment.

What tends to carry forward:

  • A felt reference point for what unguarded aliveness feels like, one you can return to even as daily life pulls you back into old patterns.

  • Clearer self-recognition of your own control or collapse patterns in intimacy — now visible instead of automatic.

  • If you work with people professionally — therapy, bodywork, coaching — a genuine, embodied upgrade to your capacity to stay present with someone else's nervous system, not just theoretical knowledge of it.

  • For some, a first opening in long-held shame or numbness around pleasure — not resolved, just cracked open.

One workshop doesn't undo years of conditioning. It gives you the experience and the doorway. What you build from there is yours to carry.

What will be addressed?
